TAT is 3-5 business days for RTS items and does NOT include weekends or holidays. For preorder items tat will depend on the amount of orders received. If you order RTS items with preorder items your order will ship when the preorder items are poured. Orders are filled in the order they were received. We offer Free shipping for purchases over $99.00. Shipping will be a flat rate of $11.00 

We do not  ship International. Many of our International customers use a Freight Forwarder.
